How it works
We have a range of both pre-owned and brand new cabins on offer. Pricing starts at $200,000 for pre-owned homes, with our most luxurious, new 3-bedroom cabins ranging between $280,000 – $400,000. Electricity, gas and annual fees* are often fully covered by your holiday rental, allowing us to maintain and improve Amberlee’s swimming pools, playgrounds, roads, boom gates, grounds, security, and so much more.
*Annual fees range between $1000 – $1100 per month, depending on the size and location of the site.
Family Holiday Homes
About an hours drive from Melbourne, Amberlee’s Family Holiday Homes provide you with all the resort facilities you’ve dreamed of, minus the hassle (or costs!). Secure your family a spacious holiday cabin you’ll have access to all year round – ideal for long weekends, lengthy school holidays, or mid-week summer trips ‘just because’.

Our holiday caravans and annexes range between $10,000 – $20,000, while new holiday homes range between $320,000 – $400,000. Electricity, gas and annual fees* are all you need to pay for your home away from home and allow us to maintain and improve Amberlee’s swimming pools, playgrounds, roads, boom gates, grounds, security, and so much more.
